✅ receiving and processing orders received via telephone, e-mail and Messenger;
✅ answering emails, Messenger and Instagram;
✅ responding to and editing Facebook and Instagram comments;
✅ translation, interpreting and proofreading;
✅ participation in the complaint procedure;
✅ working closely with colleagues;
✅ other tasks within the scope of advising and assisting clients.
